Audio Book Link: Eckhart Tolle - The Power Of Now
I found myself advising a friend this morning on escaping her cravings and addictions. She wondered why she felt certain ways and found herself being caught up in thoughts. I still suffer from this now and then as we all do but this book helped me get another point of view. The Power Of Now is another book by Eckhart Tolle. This book isn't Echkart's newest but it is one of his most popular. Here is the whole book for you to listen to

2 Year Old Baby, Smokes 2 Packs a Day
This is so unfortunate I don't even know where to begin. This just goes to show how much influence people around you and your environment has on who you are. I highly suggest that if you want to change something about yourself like smoking or drinking, remove yourself from it. If you usually goto the pub all the time with friend then its time to think about who your friends are, Start hanging out with healthier people who have healthier hobbies and you'll start to see a world of change for you.

Love life
We often question what we are capable of and feel defeated. Especially with many worldly issues that are coming into the light, at least that's how I sometimes feel. This video is very inspiring to say the least. The best part of life is that anything can happen. We haven't seen anything yet.

Why most people won't WAKE UP!
We are under attack, it's not about being paranoid or living in fear, its about having the strength to face problems. To look at issues without jumping to conclusions and arguing against "conspiracies" based purely on the implications and not the facts of the matter. Aspartame, vaccines, water fluoridation, msg, chemtr...ails, haarp. Please research these topics and if you agree they are a threat to you and your family, warn your fellow man!

Daily Inspriational Messages
Today the webpage was born, and I made good use of social networking webpages and I posted many inspirational messages which I want to share here as well because you might of missed them during the day.
To sin is to miss the point of a human life. To suffer and cause suffering. There is no in between. You are either working for good or evil.
The ego is an impostor pretending to be you.
Right now, humans are like plants before they realized how beautiful it would be to create flowers.
All the labels you can put on yourself is not who you are.
If you measure progress on earth as having more, more, more; you are acting like a cancer cell, which is unaware that multiplying so much will eventually kill the host.

My webpage VS my social networking pages.
Some people have asked me 'Why create a webpage when you post each link to your Facebook page and other social networking sites such as myspace and twitter?'; Well Its quite simple, Both have their benefits. The general public, which is who I'm trying to reach, check their social networks first and frequent them more-so then other webpages. Social networking webpages are great for short status updates so I am are able to use them to give small inspirational facts on mind & body health as well as a link to a post on the main webpage. Unlike the social networking webpages, the main page can be resourced and navigated as all the content is organized within the menu system and sub menus within each section. If you are at work, I may be posting things during the day which depending on how many other updates on your social networking pages you are receiving, you may miss. The webpage is something which you could consider making your homepage and is always here for you to resource or look up a quick fact.

Russia says genetically modified foods are harmful
''Concerning the experiment carried out jointly by the National Association for Gene Security and the Institute of Ecological and Evolutional Problems, Dr. Alexei Surov has this to say. “We selected several groups of hamsters, kept them in pairs in cells and gave them ordinary food as always,” says Alexei Surov. “We did not add anything for one group but the other was fed with soya that contained no GM components, while the third group with some content of Genetically Modified Organisms and the fourth one with increased amount of GMO. We monitored their behavior and how they gain weight and when they give birth to their cubs. Originally, everything went smoothly. However, we noticed quite a serious effect when we selected new pairs from their cubs and continued to feed them as before. These pairs’ growth rate was slower and reached their sexual maturity slowly. When we got some of their cubs we formed the new pairs of the third generation. We failed to get cubs from these pairs, which were fed with GM foodstuffs.''

Mind Health: Propaganda Placement
What is propaganda? Propaganda is a form of communication that is aimed at influencing your attitude toward a cause or identifiable position. Last weeks episode of CSI has a shocking example of propaganda placement. The recent episode injects the uneducated point of view that 'conspiracy theorists' are anti-american, domestic terrorists into the brainwashed sponge mind of the average. Do not forget; the government who owns the mass media and it dosen't take an idiot to understand that they do not have the human race and earth well being high on their priority list.
The following is a partial transcript of dialogue from the show:
CSI detective: “I have a little intel on Professor Scott; he has a history of espousing various conspiracy theories; sharing them with his students got him into a little trouble.”
Professor’s friend: “Every university has a least one unconventional professor.”
Second CSI detective: “Oh come on Payton, this guys ideas here are totally anti-American. Look at this; water fluoridation, tsunami bombs, chemtrails…
First CSI detective: “What are chemtrails?”
Third CSI detective: “Some people believe that vapor exhaust from aircraft are actually dangerous bio-chemicals dispersed into the air.”
Friend of the professor: “Which only proves that the professor is a little odd.”
This episode happens to coincide with a State Department guide that dismisses a range of “conspiracy theories”, including the use of depleted uranium by U.S. forces in Iraq as existing only “in the realm of myth”.
All in all this is another example of how television is being used to create the attitudes and actions of the influenced. Wikipedia is largely propaganda itself; also now owned by the elite government. Do not resource Wikipedia for any accurate information as its content is no longer owned and edited by the public.

Ingredients Glossary; Is it vegan friendly?
Most people often wonder about an ingredient listed in what seems to be a vegetarian or vegan item. Fancy health symbols, happy animals, flowers & leaves often smother a product convincing you its good for you. Words like natural, pure and real often appear on many of these items. Most processed foods have a list of ingredients which are not only hard to read, but almost impossible to pronounce. These elaborate worlds often act as disguise for animal byproducts. People put their faith in these huge corporations and convince themselves that all these fancy words are essential and could be vitamins or minerals. Here is a list of ingredients I've researched and please contact me if you see I've missed one or cannot find accurate information. Unfortunately webpages like Wikipedia have been bought out by the government and big corporations and now do not list the origins of these chemicals and ingredients, making it hard to find the truth and accurate information.
Click here for a list of ingredients that any vegan should yield caution too.

Television, the ultimate brainwashing tool.
One of the first things I realized when it came to my thoughts and how I felt was my environment. Many people spend hours with the television on, either watching it or having it on in the back ground without realizing how it effects your mind and energy levels. The mass media is run by huge corporations which in all honesty do not have your best interest at heart. I encourage you to explore more information on television and brainwashing with tools such at Http://viemo.com . Its been almost a year now without television.

About the publisher
Hello everyone, I thought I should introduce myself. My name is David Cindric and I Live Vancouver BC, Canada. I've been practicing veganism for over a year now. It was a cold cut decision but a few bumps and relapses along the way. Everyday it seems I find out new information on animal byproducts within everyday consumer items. Even tho I am trying to become self sustainable I seldom purchase items and now I am trying my hardest to eliminate everything which may involve the use of animals or effect an animal habitat. What made me change last year was the prior year before. About 2 years ago I ended a long term relationship. My relationship ended mutually, but from there I was on my own again. Well into my 20s, I felt lost & confused. I ended the relationship because I felt that I was not the real best me. I took this into my single life and began a search on happiness. At first I had to understand more, I knew there was more information out there so I used the internet and researched up my emotions. I had to understand where my helplessness come from why it effected my daily decisions and reality. During my research I became enlightened to a deeper world around me and I felt like I was on a spiritual path. I felt like I was remembering something I long lost. My research eventually encouraged a vegan lifestyle. Over the last couple years I've developed a greater sense of self and happiness, I have felt healthier and more conscious then ever. The shift was very comfortable but the most difficult part of being vegan and aware is sharing the information with others. I found it hard to stress the importance of my travels. As the journey continues and I feel its relevant to my world as a whole to share these experiences and information which influence me. I created this blog for YOU and I thank you for your interest in this lifestyle and
